We're looking for a Senior Web Developer...

As a Senior Web Developer you will have the opportunity to work with leadership and other team members to deliver responsive content. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to prioritize software development projects.


  • Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications
  • Ability to set timelines and assign tasks to team members
  • Create wireframes to decide on layout
  • Write or review code for various applications
  • Run functionality testing and debug code
  • Oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performance
  • Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons)
  • Ensure our software documentation is up-to-date
  • Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive websites
  • Guiding and training team members on standards.
  • Peer code review and package coding.
  • Participating in QA test cases.
  • Negotiating with team members on solutions that will fit business needs.
  • Documenting processes, standards and projects as needed for cross training and reusability.
  • Participating in interview processes as needed for the team.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Experience developing and integrating UX and UI design that maximizes user experience and application usability.
  • Implementing and communicating best fit UI standards.
  • Guiding team members in best practices for secure, robust designs used across multiple projects and web updates.
  • Developing test driven (TDD) solutions. (plus)
  • Experience utilizing HTML/ HTML5, CSS/CSS3, jQuery, AJAX, XML, Angular JS and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge in the most current .NET and C# technologies.
  • Clear understanding of developing web services.
  • Mock data responses experience.
  • Front-End experience that will improve B2B and B2C user experience.
  • Experience in extending the model view controller (MVC) to front end technologies.
  • TFS and service side knowledge of ASP, .NET and WCF (plus).
  • Four-year degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or a related field; 4+ years of equivalent experience.
