DUBLIN, OH (May 5, 2021)—T-CETRA, LLC, a leading financial technology solutions provider headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, has announced that senior finance executive James “Jamey” Halsey has joined the leadership team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Halsey adds domestic and international financial and operational expertise, and most notably was a Partner at Deloitte, a multinational audit, consulting, tax, and advisory service provider.
Halsey’s hire follows T-CETRA’s growth trajectory and is the newest addition to the leadership team. Because of T-CETRA’s growth, they decided to expand the executive team and began the search in early 2021.

The newly created CFO position will be accountable for designing and executing the strategic financial plan including the development of an operational strategy, as well as the ongoing development and monitoring of systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Halsey brings over 25 years’ experience across many industries, including financial services and technologies. As a Partner at Deloitte, he focused on the efficient and timely delivery of effective solutions to complex challenges. He has a proven ability to deliver superior results through the transformation of finance organization teams, building business processes, upgrading financial technologies, and implementing business analytics.
Halsey received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
